Climatic cabinets or cooling cabinets for stability tests in accordance with ICH and GMP for individual requirements

ThermoTEC climate cabinets or cooling, freezer and incubator chambers in custom design have been specially designed for stability tests according to GMP. They are ideally suited for storage in all current climates of the ICH guideline (Q1A). The excellent homogeneous temperature and humidity distribution within the cabinets makes an intelligent climate and control system possible. Regular flushing of the humidifier prevents the formation of germs. The temperature and humidity are controlled and regulated using Siemens S7-1200. A 7" color touch screen displays actual values, setpoints, alarms and system parameters, which can be changed according to user requirements. User administration is integrated. A technical fault and temperature and humidity limit violations can be forwarded to the building management system via the company network or potential-free contact by means of alarm forwarding. Overtemperature and humidity protection is part of the standard equipment. Both the air conditioning technology and the control and regulation technology can be designed redundantly on request. In addition to aluminum or stainless steel shelving systems, LED lighting is also available for the interior. The modular design allows the size of the cabinets to be individually adapted to the local conditions. For example, they can be designed with two, three or four doors. In addition to the technical design as a climate chamber, we also design the custom cabinets as refrigerators, freezers and incubators - depending on requirements.

The temperature and relative humidity are controlled and regulated using a Siemens S7-1200 programmable logic controller (PLC). The PID controllers are integrated into the PLC. All warnings and faults are also processed and evaluated here and the collective alarm relays are controlled. The parameter settings and the definition of the alarm limits are implemented via a color touch display (HMI). Settings can be changed depending on user rights.
