ESPEC vacuum ovens

Efficient and gentle drying and dehumidification of sensitive materials with reliable process control

ESPEC vacuum ovens of the VAC series offer flexible processes for drying and dehumidifying sensitive materials thanks to the wide range of program selection options. Under negative pressure (vacuum), sensitive materials can be reliably dried even at low temperatures, as the boiling point of the water drops with the falling pressure and the moisture can therefore be removed. The program controller can be used to program variable automated process steps for reliable repeatability.

The double-walled test chamber design guarantees the best temperature homogeneity. The additional nitrogen connection enables processes in a virtually oxygen-free atmosphere.

Thanks to the control of supply air and vacuum, users can carry out efficient pressure cycles that accelerate drying while protecting the materials. A wide range of options and customization options offer a wide range of applications for the ESPEC vacuum ovens.

How are the test specimens contacted in the pressure vessel?
In the test room, it is possible to contact the test specimens via a connection terminal. The cables of the connection terminal are routed to the outside via a flameproof bushing to another terminal to which the supply voltage is connected.
