Frequently asked questions about environmental simulation:

How long is the delivery time for the test chambers?
Usually, we keep all climate chambers and temperature shock chambers in stock and can deliver them at short notice.
Are there also rental options for the various test chambers?
All our devices on stock are also available for individual rental. We will be happy to advise you on the optimum rental model.
What happens if the system is defective?
With our comprehensive service network, we can support you at short notice with our qualified personnel on site. We keep the required spare parts in stock in case they are needed.
Do you also offer training courses?
We offer various optional services for each device, one of which is the corresponding commissioning and training of your employees by our qualified service personnel. In addition, we also offer training courses on various topics tailored to your needs.
How is the system delivered?
As standard, we deliver the test chambers packed to your goods receipt department and you must unload, unpack and bring the system to the installation site accordingly. On request, we also offer delivery including unpacking and transfer to the installation site.
Can modifications also be made to the devices?

In addition to the various standard customization options, we have a Modification & Special Construction department specifically for customer requests, which plans and then implements various modifications with you according to your specifications. Can the devices also be operated from a PC or test bench?

All our devices have an integrated Ethernet interface as standard, which you can use to control the device from a PC - no license is required. In addition, we have an open interface protocol so that test benches can also be controlled individually. For applications such as Labview, we have our own library under interfaces and software

How is the temperature and humidity measured in the test chambers?
Due to the wide temperature range and the high climatic requirements, we use the psychometric measuring system with type T thermocouples as standard in all our devices. This system guarantees us maximum accuracy without possible drifts and necessary adjustments, as is the case with capacitive systems. We offer capacitive sensors as an option for certain tests.
