The Hettich Benelux PRC 600 WL and PRC 1200 WL plant growth chambers with a usable volume of approx. 500 l and approx. 968 l respectively and a growth area of 0.9 m² and 1.65 m² respectively are ideal for in-vivo and in-vitro plant cultivation, seed germination and insect breeding.

Thanks to energy-saving LED technology, the plant growth chambers impress with their energy efficiency. As the LEDs achieve 100 % uniform illumination just 5 cm below the light source, 99.9 % of the working area is evenly covered with light. This very homogeneous light distribution without so-called "dark corners" allows plant cultivation (in-vivo and in-vitro), seed germination and insect breeding on several levels. With a temperature range of +4 °C to +45 °C, all common experiments in the field of plant and insect cultivation are possible.

The uniform and homogeneous air circulation and low air velocity within the chambers (< 0.2 m/sec.) achieve extremely high temperature and humidity constancy.

Day/night cycles, temperature or climate changes can be set via a user-friendly touchscreen.

    Why are PRC 600 WL and PRC 1200 WL ideal for plant growth (in-vivo and in-vitro), seed germination and insect breeding?
