Successful relocation completed 

We have taken the next big step in our company's development: the new multifunctional service building on Friedenbachstraße in Weilburg has been successfully in operation for several months. Both the workshop and all office areas have been operating out of the new building ever since and benefit from modern premises, optimized infrastructure and short communication channels.

What was a construction site just a year ago is now a fully equipped location with everything needed for smooth operations. After completion of the shell and the comprehensive interior work – including the installation of windows, doors, heating and ventilation technology, as well as the complete electrical and plumbing systems – the building was quickly filled with life. The new workshop was occupied, the storage system installed and the office workstations set up.

The building is not only impressive in terms of its functionality, but also in terms of its sustainability: a photovoltaic system with around 130 kWp on the roof covers a significant portion of the electricity demand. In addition, the new building meets the requirements of the KfW-55 energy standard – fully in line with the ThermoTEC philosophy of handling natural resources responsibly. We would like to express our particular thanks to all employees who have accompanied the construction and relocation and supported it with great commitment – whether in planning, coordination or implementation.
