Your tasks:
- Supporting the management in operational activities as well as in the responsibility for budget, purchasing, coordination & employee management
- Controlling and ensuring the achievement of strategic and business targets, regular reporting to the management and submission of proposals for a key performance indicator system
- Development and implementation of strategies for recruiting specialists and sustainable employee retention as well as an onboarding process, further development of job advertisements, website, employer branding
- Supporting managers and employees in all strategic, HR-related and employment law issues
What you bring:
- Commercial training or business studies as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Management experience, legal know-how and experience in operational purchasing and human resources
- Forward-looking way of working, quick comprehension, hands-on mentality and a high level of initiative
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Communication skills, sociability and negotiating skills
- Very good MS-Office skills as well as good German and English skills
