      Which application documents should I submit?
      We look forward to receiving your letter of motivation, your current CV, references, if available, and your salary expectations for the position you are applying for.
      How does the application process work?
      Upon receipt of your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. After an initial check, your application will be forwarded to the relevant department. You will receive feedback within a few weeks: an invitation to an initial interview or the inclusion of your application details in our applicant pool. Unfortunately, we also have to reject applicants at this stage. The first interview is usually conducted by an HR manager and an employee from the relevant specialist department. If you are shortlisted after the interview, we will either invite you to a second interview where you will meet other potential colleagues or we will offer you the opportunity to take part in a trial day. Together with you and our team of employees, we would then like to find out in practice whether a future collaboration is conceivable for both sides.
      How long does the application process take?
      This depends on the position, but we inform all applicants of the result as soon as possible. Applying for a job can sometimes be an arduous task. It is therefore our aim to inform you of our decision or next steps as early as possible.
      I have not found a suitable position, can I send an unsolicited application?
      With pleasure! We look forward to receiving your application documents, even if they do not match any currently advertised positions. There is always the option of adding you to our pool of applicants. If a vacancy arises that matches your skills and qualifications, we will be happy to contact you.
      What does the designation (f/m/d) after each job title actually mean?
      This designation indicates that we primarily fill our positions based on the talents, skills and motivation of the applicants and do not favor any gender in any way. f = female, m = male, d = diverse. According to new legislation, we also include the diverse gender in order to address all people, regardless of gender.
      Why did I receive a rejection?
      In this case, it is usually the case that there were other applicants who matched the requirements profile even better. Often it is only subtleties that are decisive and lead to a rejection. Please do not take this personally. If a new position that meets your expectations is advertised in the future, we would be delighted if you would apply to us again.
      What happens to my personal data?
      Personal data is treated as strictly confidential at ThermoTEC. If your application is not suitable for a vacant position and is rejected, all documents and personal data will be deleted in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act.
